Colorado Ridge Church is a staff led, elder guided, and congregationally gifted church. The vision team provides wisdom and guidance while providing an outside perspective to the pastoral staff and help to guide and protect the integrity of our church.

As Lead Pastor, Eric's focus is leading the team to accomplish the Colorado Ridge mission to bring more people of all ages into a close relationship with Jesus Christ. Eric also assists in creating environments that form and develop people spiritually and connects them into the Colorado Ridge Church family.

She works directly with the On Ramp volunteers to create a fun and safe environment where these children can begin to understand the love of Jesus through their interactions and simple activities.
